CHAMPIONS 2017

 The Speyside High School Seniors football team have won the Central Schools League 2017! The first time since 1995! Congratulations and thank you to all the boys who were involved in the team this season. We also wish the best to the S6s -Thai, Andrew, Michael and Jack - who will be leaving us after the exams.

SQA Exams

Senior Phase pupils who are sitting exams start Study Leave on Tuesday 2 May.  To be eligible for Study Leave, pupils must have returned the Study Leave Permission Slip.  Pupils are welcome to come into school to study but must sign in and out of the school library and should be in school uniform.  We wish our young people the very best for their exams.

P7 PARENTS’ INFO EVENING

We are looking forward to welcoming out P7 parents/guardians on Wednesday 26 April (6.30pm – 7.30pm).  During the evening, parents/guardians will learn more about the school and the transition process.  They will also have the opportunity to meet staff and ask any questions that they might have.

Swimming News

Just before the Easter holidays, Georgie Newlands and Janey Morton qualified to compete in the Scottish National Age Group Swimming (SNAGS) Championships being held at Aberdeen Sports Village this year.  They were part of the Elgin Swimming Club team, who altogether had 11 swimmers qualify for this very important event in the swimming calendar.
