October Holiday Named Person Service

As part of the Getting It Right For Every Child approach each child or young person is allocated a Named Person. Although, most children will receive all the support they need from their own families and community, we have a legal obligation to make available an identified Named Person for every child and young person in our care.

Duke of Edinburgh Award

Speyside High School are asking if there is anyone in our local and wider community who may be interested in giving some of their time to supporting young people through 'The Duke of Edinburgh's Award'?

We have a number of young people at the school who want to start their award but not the adults to support them, and they cannot sign up to the award until we have some support in place.

SPEYSIDE HIGH SCHOOL WELCOMES NEW GERMANY EXCHANGE PARTNERSHIP
Pupils at Speyside High School welcomed ten students and two teachers from Germany on Tuesday 1 September.  Speyside is delighted to have established a new partnership with Felix-Fechenbach Gesamtschule, a high school in Leopoldshoehe in Germany.
